Brazilian Butt Fill™ -- Trademarked

Dr. George Lefkovits, a board certified plastic surgeon in New York recently trademarked his unique buttock augmentation procedure (the Brazilian Butt Fill™). The Brazilian Butt Fill™ gives men and women the opportunity to change the size and shape of their buttocks to fit their liking. For many women, when they increase the size of their breasts, they find there is an imbalance between the front and the back and wish to contour their buttocks to fit their body size and shape. Buttocks augmentation has helped many patients deal with stubborn rear ends that will not respond to diet or exercise. Now there is a procedure to help. Patients say their clothes fit better, they feel sexier, and their confidence levels are greatly improved with a fuller, shaped derriere. The buttocks enhancement procedure usually only takes about one and a half to two hours under general anesthesia. An added benefit is that in removing fat from donor sites, the patient also benefits from modified liposuction to those areas.

The Brazilian Butt Fill™ uses a unique fat grafting technique that removes excess fat from other areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips, back or thighs that act as donor sites. The fat cells are delicately removed with a gentle liposuction technique, and then inserted through small incisions into different layers of the buttocks. This method is more natural than the buttocks implants. Patients prefer the idea of using one’s own fat to add volume and shape to their rears because it is more natural and there is no chance of the body rejecting the fat cells.
